I set up a complete portable spa to offer you different Sulana Rest Therapies including daily sessions in portable far infrared sauna. For three days you will enjoy focusing on your health and rest. You will learn many useful ways to relax your nervous system. You will come away feeling renewed having made new discoveries about your body and having learned effective ways you can rest in your everyday life.
